Excellent Screw Decanter-Type Centrifugal Dehydrator, the Most Univesal Mechanical Separation Equipment

In the case of separation of the liquid and solid mixture and sludge with a high ratio of solids, solids and moisture can be effectively separated/dehydrated via centrifugal dehydrator’s continuous process
With multiple-step control of speed difference, the percentage of the water content of discharged solids can be maintained at a steady rate; it can actively respond to the change of the density of the sludge input, separating fine particles from suspension via high centrifugal force.
SENTEC Technology’s centrifugal dehydrator can be flexibly applied to different industries. It can handle a solid density of 0.5~35%, and it is customized for the specific separation process for dehydration of sludge with a density as low as 0.02% to as high as 50%.
It can retrieve microparticles without filter cloth(screen) and other filter assisting devices via dehydration/classification/wet classification/solid classification/coagulant injection.
